Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellation: You can cancel a lesson free of charge up to 6 hours before the lesson starts. The lesson credit will be returned to your balance. Rescheduling: You can reschedule a lesson free of charge up to 2 hours before the lesson starts. Your lesson credit will be kept and applied to the new date and time. After these deadlines: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after the deadlines above, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of the lesson credit for that session. Losing the credit for a missed lesson does not prevent you from booking and attending your upcoming lessons, as long as you have available credits in your package or membership. All cancellations and rescheduling can be managed directly through your profile on the booking platform.
